Norivo is working with a founding cohort of up to five organisations that want to get AI governance done now and shape the platform while they do it. This page explains what that means, honestly.
Status
Where Norivo is today
Norivo is a new platform. The product is live and the methodology is published. Early Access is how Norivo earns its first referenceable outcomes rather than pretending those outcomes already exist.
Terms
What Early Access members get
- Founding terms. Early Access commercial terms are agreed privately with each organisation and are not published. Public pricing remains the market anchor.
- Direct access to the founding team. Work with the people building the platform and methodology.
- Influence on the roadmap. Structured feedback informs product priorities.
- The full platform and, where applicable, full managed delivery. Early Access is not a cut-down product.
- Everything you produce is yours. The same ownership terms apply as for every other customer.
In return
What we ask in return
- Honest, regular feedback on what works and what does not.
- Permission, on terms you agree, to describe the outcome once delivered. You approve every word before publication; anonymous sector and outcome reporting is available.
- Willingness to take a reference call from a prospective customer, at your discretion.
Fit
Who it is for
Organisations with a defined AI estate in production or approaching production, where AI risk, customer assurance or regulatory expectations are becoming an operational concern. The founding cohort is capped at five organisations so each receives the attention the programme promises.
Process
How it works
- 1Apply using the form below.
- 2We hold a 30-minute scoping call to understand your AI estate and whether the fit is right on both sides.
- 3Where scope is not yet clear, the Readiness Assessment is the default diagnostic starting point. If equivalent current evidence already exists and the managed scope is clear, Norivo can move directly to implementation scoping.
- 4If we proceed, we agree scope, Early Access terms and the feedback commitment in writing.
- 5Delivery begins. Straightforward programmes can reach an audit-ready evidence position from 30 days, subject to scope.
